A remarkable 104-year-old woman from Chicago has demonstrated that age is merely a number by venturing into a thrilling new experience \u2013 skydiving. Dorothy Hoffner, who is awaiting official verification from Guinness World Records, defied expectations as she became the oldest person to skydive. Leaving her walker behind, she embarked on her adventure at the Skydive Chicago center in Ottawa, Illinois, approximately 85 miles south of Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorothy’s initial skydiving experience occurred at the age of 100, where she required some encouragement to exit the aircraft. This time, however, she eagerly led the tandem 13,500-foot jump, exclaiming, “Let’s go, let’s go, Geronimo!” once comfortably seated on the plane. The entire dive lasted a mere seven minutes, filling her with exhilaration and joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
